As many of you know, my memorial business was born from the profound loss of my beloved fur-baby, Arnie, many years ago. The idea for my letterbox gifts, however, came from an even deeper grief—the loss of my soul dog, Hugo. His passing shattered me in ways I never thought possible. Hugo was my happy cuddly tiny companion, my little rock who offered unconditional love and comfort.
In honour of Hugo's memory, I began creating letterbox gifts on another platform, aptly naming the project "Hugo's Legacy." Hugo had a unique ability to bring comfort, joy, and even a smile to everyone he encountered. He was a little ray of sunshine, and I wanted to share that warmth with others experiencing the heartbreak of losing a pet.
