Medical leave
Hello, my name is Paige, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my mum.
She’s recently had to be admitted to hospital and will be there for a few weeks, which is why the work phone is currently switched off. I want to sincerely apologise for the delay in your keepsake orders — I know how much these mean to each and every one of you.
This business is more than just work to my mum — it’s been her world. She has poured her heart and soul into creating meaningful keepsakes, often donating her time to charities and always putting her customers first. It breaks her heart that she’s unable to be hands-on at the moment, but sometimes life brings us situations that are beyond our control.
We are incredibly grateful to those of you who have shown kindness, patience, and understanding during this difficult time for our family. It means more than we can express.
Mum has been advised to step away from emails and messages while she focuses fully on her recovery. Sadly, a small number of unkind and threatening messages have made things even harder for her, and we hope you understand the importance of protecting her well-being right now.
Keepsake orders have been delayed by up to 8 weeks, and I assure you — she understands how upsetting that must be. Please know that every single order will be completed once she is well enough to return. She plans to include extra keepsakes as a heartfelt apology and thank you for your patience.
For years, she has been consistent, dependable, and truly devoted to this work. She feels deeply saddened that this unexpected situation has let some of you down. But I promise you — every keepsake will be made with the same love and care you’ve come to know her for.
All pending orders will be completed no later than the 20th of May and will be sent home to you with her sincerest apologies and appreciation.
Please don’t worry — your keepsakes will be made and returned, each one with love, empathy, and a little extra to say thank you for standing by her.
With gratitude,
Paige 💗
