Every single order you’ve placed has meant the world to me, and I can’t thank you enough for trusting me to create something so special for you. To my new customers eagerly awaiting their keepsakes, please rest assured that I am working as quickly as I can. Your beautiful pieces will be completed within the next four weeks, and as a small token of my appreciation for your patience, I’ll be adding a little extra love into your order. ❤️

This year has been incredibly difficult for me. I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease and psoriatic arthritis, conditions that have affected my balance and mobility, leaving me unable to work as much as I used to or as fast, Some days, the vertigo is overwhelming, but whenever I am well enough, I pour my heart into crafting your keepsakes. I can only access my work phone twice a week, but please know I will always do my best to respond as soon as I can. Your kindness and understanding mean more to me than words can say.

Sentimental Keepsake has been my passion for so long, and it breaks my heart to have to slow down. But I hold onto hope. Though these conditions are progressive, I am doing everything I can to manage them, and I pray that one day I’ll be able to fully return to doing what I love. Until then, I will continue creating as much as I can, with all the love and care you deserve.
