A Personal and Heartfelt Message

It is with deep sadness that I share I am closing my business. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for my absence and the lack of communication via phone and email over the past weeks and months.

I have been in and out of hospital battling a serious medical condition that has affected me cognitively and physically. I truly regret the worry, confusion, and upset this may have caused. Please know that during my silence, you have not been forgotten. The stress and sadness I may have caused weigh heavily on my heart, and I am so sorry for any distress this has brought you.

ALL CUSTOMERS SHALL RECEIVE AN EMAIL BY JUNE 5th-6TH BY MIDNIGHT

Please rest assured that all precious ashes entrusted to me are safe, protected, and treated with the utmost care and respect.

I started this business with love, passion, and purpose, and I gave my whole heart to every piece I created until my health made that impossible. I never imagined having to write a message like this, but I do so with complete honesty and deep remorse.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, understanding, and compassion during this time. I remain committed to making things right, and I am truly sorry for any part I’ve played in adding sadness to your journey.
