Please note I send out your form and kit to collect precious ashes within 2 working days 1st class letter. Please be aware that Royal mail have been delivering late, so if you have not received your kit within 5 days of ordering please pop me a message.

In dispatching your parcel, I use Royal mail special next-day delivery service renowned for tracking and tracing capabilities, providing an enhanced level of security compared to standard signed-for option. It is important to acknowledge that while Royal Mail represents a notably dependable courier service, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in a deviation from the anticipated next-day delivery and may deliver late. It is crucial to emphasize that any delay in delivery is beyond the control of Sentimental Keepsake once it leaves our workshop. Rest assured, your parcel will be equipped with comprehensive tracking and tracing features that will be emailed to you once dispatched from the workshop.
