How To Order Your Memorial Jewellery

Place Your Order with Love and Care

Thank you for choosing Sentimental Keepsake for your memorial jewellery or breast milk jewellery.  Your trust means everything to us, and we are dedicated to creating a beautiful, meaningful keepsake just for you. Here's how to place your order:

Two ways to order - 

First

Step 1 ... Order online and receive a collection kit which contains, a small ziplock bag, your order form and a sticky back address label to post back your precious ashes to us. 

Step 2 ... When we receive your precious ashes, hair, fur. We will contact you within 3 working days via text to confirm they are safe (unless we are on annual leave, we will contact you upon our return)

Step 3... You will then receive an email notification once your order is sent with full tracking number. Sometimes we prepare the postage a few days before posting, so please don't panic, just keep an eye on your tracking number. 

Second

Step 1... Order online and Self post, see below, self posting saves time and you get a 5% discount on your order and a free gift (two pocket hugs with ashes, colour of your choice), or hair/fur or breastmilk. 

Step 2... The same as above (first)

Self Post Save 5% & get a free gift 

For those who prefer a quicker process, you can send your precious ashes or breastmilk directly to us and claim a 5% discount at the check out. Use discount code sk-self-posting at the checkout. Here’s how:

For Ashes:

  • Send approximately half a small teaspoon of ashes in a secure zip-lock bag, or small freezer bag (this will make multiple pieces of jewellery) Clearly mark the bag with your order number and name. Your order number will be generated once you check out and starts with SK- if you have ordered and are not sure of your order number, please feel free to text me and I can help you. 
  • Include a letter with your name, shipping address, order number, product ordered, preferred colour choice, and the name of your loved one for the authentication certificate, and any other information you would like to add. 

For Breastmilk:

  • Double bag 5-10 ml of breastmilk in breastmilk bags, ensuring all air is removed.
  • Include a note with your name and order number.

Shipping Address: To ensure safe and timely delivery, place your materials in a padded envelope and send via Royal Mail Special Delivery to:

  • After placing your order, you'll receive an order form and a collection bag within 3 working days (unless self posting) On the form you can write your colour choices, sizes and anything extra we may have discussed. 
  • For breastmilk jewelry, a collection kit will be sent to you unless you are self posting.
  • Fill out the form with your colour choices and send it back with the ashes using Royal Mail Special Delivery for tracking and safety.
  • For breastmilk, you can send it using signed-for delivery unless it’s the only sample you have, then please use special delivery tracked.

 

    Processing Times: Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume, as each keepsake is crafted with care by a single artisan. The processing times are on individual product listings.  We appreciate your patience and understanding. Holiday season (Christmas) may be a week or two later

    Your Keepsake

    We use Royal Mail Special Next-Day Delivery for dispatching your keepsake, ensuring enhanced security and tracking. While Royal Mail is highly reliable, unforeseen delays may occur, which are beyond our control once the parcel leaves our workshop. Rest assured, you will receive comprehensive tracking information via email once your parcel is dispatched. 

    Sometimes we print off your labels and tracking in the week we are sending, so please don't worry if you have received a tracking number and it has not arrived the next day. we will be preparing to send.
