How to Proceed

Once your order is placed, you will get a welcome text including how to send precious ashes, so please provide your contact mobile number.

Prepare Your Materials: Securely package the precious ashes in a small sealable or freezer-style bag or little container with your order number on it.
Include a note with your order number, the product ordered, colour and ring size (if you are ordering a ring), your name, and the name of your loved one whose ashes/hair/fur it is, include your mobile number, so I can contact you to let you know they are safe.
Ship at Your Convenience: Post the package at a time that suits you, without waiting for any additional kits. Please send Royal Mail special delivery tracked and traced.
Await Your Unique Keepsake: Once we receive your materials, we'll promptly begin crafting your personalized keepsake and include your complimentary Pocket Hug Hearts.

If you wish, we will capture a heartfelt video of your loved one's ashes hair, or fur being placed into the jewellery, creating a lasting, personal connection. Not only will this video become a forever tribute to their memory, but we will also share it on our website and media platforms, so you can keep this beautiful moment close, forever.

If you’d like to have this precious memory captured, simply request a video in your note when sending the ashes. If you feel comfortable, you can also send a photo via Whatsapp of your loved one, and I will include it in the video, we can also put a little memorable story with the post if you would like us to as a little memorial, just pop it on the note. It’s an incredibly meaningful process for me as well, allowing me to connect with your loved one in a personal and heartfelt way while I create something truly special to honour them. (please note, this needs to be requested) some customers love the idea of seeing the process with their own loved one's ashes and it promotes trust, some customers prefer not to and that's fine too. Please also note there may be a one-week delay in choosing this option as we need to set it up, But usually, it doesn't delay.
