If you’d like to have this precious memory captured, simply request a video in your note when sending the ashes. If you feel comfortable, you can also send a photo of your loved one, and I will include it in the video. It’s an incredibly meaningful process for me as well, allowing me to connect with your loved one in a personal and heartfelt way while I create something truly special to honour them. (please note, this needs to be requested)
