Christmas cut off dates - annual leave

Please note - I can no longer do new orders for Christmas Delivery, all orders I have now will be done for Christmas. 

Any orders from the 11th, order forms will be sent out on the 6th of Jan 25 unless you are self posting. If you are self posting your order will be made after the 6th of Jan 25. 

Processing Times: Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume, as each keepsake is crafted with care by a single artisan. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Self Post and Save 5% and time -  it is now self posting only, as the post is too slow for sending forms during this busy season.   

For those who prefer a quicker process at this busy time, you can send your precious ashes or breastmilk directly to us and enjoy a 5% discount. Use discount code sk-self-posting at checkout. Here’s how:

For Ashes:

  • Send approximately a quarter to half a teaspoon of ashes in a secure zip-lock bag, clearly marked with your order number and name. 
  • Include a letter with your name, shipping address, order number, selected product, preferred color choice, and the name of your loved one for the authentication certificate.

For Breastmilk:

  • Double bag 5-10 ml of breastmilk in breastmilk bags, ensuring all air is removed.
  • Include a note with your name and order number.

We use Royal Mail Special Next-Day Delivery for dispatching your keepsake, ensuring enhanced security and tracking. While Royal Mail is highly reliable, unforeseen delays may occur, which are beyond our control once the parcel leaves our workshop. Rest assured, you will receive comprehensive tracking information via email once your parcel is dispatched. 

Sometimes we print off your labels and tracking in the week we are sending, so please don't worry if you have received a tracking number and it has not arrived the next day. we will be preparing to send in that week.
