  1. Order Online: After placing your order, you’ll receive a collection kit containing an order form, a secure container for ashes or hair, and a pre-addressed sticky label for safe return.
  2. Confirmation: Once we receive your materials, we’ll notify you via text within three working days to confirm their safe arrival (excluding annual leave periods).
  3. Shipping Notification: Your finished jewellery will be shipped with care, and you’ll receive an email with a full tracking number for peace of mind. Special next day delivery tracked and traced Royal Mail.

Option 2: Self-Post for Added Perks

For a faster option, choose self-posting and enjoy a 5% discount plus a free gift:

  1. Order Online: Type in the code self-post at checkout and apply the provided discount code sk-self-posting save 5%.

  2. Send Your Materials: Securely package your loved one’s ashes or hair in a small, airtight container or sealed bag ziplock or small freezer bag. Include your name, order number, and a note with any specific instructions.

  3. Please NOTE, I only use a few grains in most jewellery so half a small teaspoon will make multiple, I also chose the whitest largest grains if i can. 

  4. Mail Safely: Send your package via Royal Mail Special Delivery as it is tracked and traced, if it is not tracked and traced we can not be liable for ashes sent with just a stamp.  to ensure it arrives securely at:

We use Royal Mail Special Next-Day Delivery to ensure your keepsake is delivered with the utmost care and tracking. You’ll receive full tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Occasionally, tracking numbers may be prepared in advance—don’t worry, your keepsake will be on its way shortly! (if you are not choosing option 3)
