Place Your Order with Love and Care

Thank you for choosing Sentimental Keepsake for your memorial jewellery or breast milk jewellery.  Your trust means everything to us, and we are dedicated to creating a beautiful, meaningful keepsake just for you. Here's how to place your order:

Special Offers: If you are taking advantage of our 2-for-1 or 3-for-2 offers, simply add one or two items to your cart, and we'll lovingly include the second item for free or a third item FREE. 

Order Process:

  • After placing your order, you'll receive an order form and a collection bag within 3 working days. On the form you can write your colour choices, sizes and anything extra we may have discussed. 
  • For breastmilk jewelry, a collection kit will be sent to you also. 
  • Fill out the form with your colour choices and send it back with the ashes using Royal Mail Special Delivery for tracking and safety.
  • For breastmilk, you can send it using signed-for delivery unless it’s the only sample you have, then please use special delivery tracked.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Upon receiving your precious materials (ashes, breastmilk, hair, or fur), we will confirm their safe arrival via text within 2 - 3 working days.
  • Your completed keepsake will be sent out with Royal Mail Special Delivery, free of charge, requiring a signature upon delivery. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your item is dispatched.

Processing Times: Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume, as each keepsake is crafted with care by a single artisan. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Holiday season (Christmas) may be a week or two later

Self Post and Save 5%

For those who prefer a quicker process, you can send your precious ashes or breastmilk directly to us and enjoy a 5% discount. Use discount code sk-self-posting at checkout. Here’s how:

For Ashes:

  • Send approximately half a teaspoon of ashes in a secure zip-lock bag, clearly marked with your order number.
  • Include a letter with your name, shipping address, order number, selected product, preferred color choice, and the name of your loved one for the authentication certificate.

For Breastmilk:

  • Double bag 5-10 ml of breastmilk in breastmilk bags, ensuring all air is removed.
  • Include a note with your name and order number.

We use Royal Mail Special Next-Day Delivery for dispatching your keepsake, ensuring enhanced security and tracking. While Royal Mail is highly reliable, unforeseen delays may occur, which are beyond our control once the parcel leaves our workshop. Rest assured, you will receive comprehensive tracking information via email once your parcel is dispatched. 

Sometimes we print off your labels and tracking in the week we are sending, so please don't worry if you have received a tracking number and it has not arrived the next day. we will be preparing to send.
