I am deeply grateful for your order, please put half a small teaspoon of precious ashes into the little bag provided. A small teaspoon will make multiple jewellery pieces as I only use a pinch in your treasured keepsake. 

Please rest assured that any unused ashes and your keepsakes will be thoughtfully returned to you. I understand the significance of these ashes and will send them back to you using a special delivery service, which includes tracking and tracing, ensuring their safe and secure journey back to your home.

To make the process as smooth as possible, please place your loved one's ashes in the small bag and include this completed form. Then, carefully pack these items into a padded envelope using the provided address label. Please choose special delivery tracked and traced at your local post office or online to ensure the safe delivery of your precious Ashes to me. For added precaution, please write a note on the front of the padded envelope that reads "Cremation ashes - please handle with care."
